Tunisia Holidays,Relax in year round sunshine,
taste the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Tunis and the coastal resorts, bargain
for souvenirs in the Souk, visit sites of antiquity such as the ancient
city of Carthage, take a memorable trip to the desert, play golf on some
surprisingly green courses .... a Tunisia holiday can be as varied
as you want to make it.
We've selected some excellent hotels, equipped to the highest of international
standards as well as more modest, good value accommodation. Most are set
in beautiful gardens with swimming pools and sporting facilities such
as tennis and riding. Golf courses are close to all the resorts. Many
hotels cater for family parties with splash pools and children's clubs
with organised activities for the younger members of the family. And all
our Tunisian hotels offer a warm welcome to their guests.

The beach scene Tunisia Holiday
With a sun-drenched 700 mile coastline, its not surprising that people
come to Tunisia to enjoy a place to relax and unwind, and at the
same time being able to experience a different culture with cities,
heritage or achitecture to see.
For the relaxing part of your holiday ,bask on the many clean,
golden beaches, swimming in the crystal clear sea and taking advantage
of the many activities available such as windsurfing, parascending and
water-skiing. Most beaches are gently shelving; with shallow surf, providing
safe bathing for children.
A gourmet's delight. Tunisia Holiday
In their time, France, Spain and Italy have all left their influence on
Tunisia resulting in a surprisingly cosmopolitan cuisine, to the constant
delight of the visitor. Hence you can enjoy croissants in Tunis the equal
of those to be found in Paris, dine in restaurants offering the highest
standard of food and service, and sample that unique mix of European and
Tunisian cuisine which produces an exciting taste sensation. Hotels generally
offer both European and local cuisine. Children are always catered forthere
are often buffet services or on-site facilities such as pizzerias.
Where West meets East... Tunisia Holiday, The cultural part of your
holiday.
With its head in the Med and the rest in the Sahara, A Tunisia holiday
is an interesting mixture of western and traditional Arab cultures. France's
occupation of the country may have left French as the second language,
but the Arabic traditions are evident everywhere. No Tunisia Holiday would
be complete without a stroll around one of the bustling souks, where learning
to haggle is one of the essentials before bargaining for an exquisite
hand-woven carpet or some pungent spice as a colourful reminder of the
country.
Historic Tunisia
Many invaders have left their mark on Tunisia and its people over 3000
years of history. Archeological sites are plentiful - there's said to
be one for every day of the year- and well preserved, notably the awesome
Roman amphitheatre at El Djem, the world's second largest. The museums
house some of the finest examples of mosaics and artifacts that can be
seen today. The ruins of ancient Carthage, bordering the capital Tunis,
is a site well worth visiting with fine panoramic views of the surrounding
countryside.
Scenic Tunisia
Tunisia was the stunning setting for most of the Oscar-winning film "The
English Patient" and no visitor should miss the opportunity of seeing
the amazing desert scenery at first hand. A desert safari in four-wheel
drive vehicles is a never-to-be-forgotten experiencs and there are villages
where the old traditions linger and descendants of the Berber tribes still
live underground to avoid the extreme temperatures.
Sporting Tunisia
Tunisia has much to offer the more active holiday maker. Facilities for
windsurfing, sailing, jetskiing, parascending and water skiing are available
at most of the main beach resorts. Many hotels have their own gyms and
floodlit tennis courts and some also offer horse riding. In recent years,
Tunisia has also become an increasingly popular centre for golfing holidays
and now offers a choice of eight international standard courses with fully
equipped facilities and clubhouses. Whatever your preferred activities
may be, we can plan a holiday to suit you. We specialise in providing
high quality holidays in the country we love and know best - Tunisia
